Dhaka, Dec. 19 -- The Election Commission (EC) has invited the International election observers or observer organisations and the foreign media intending to observe the upcoming Referendum and 13th parliamentary elections to be held in February 12.

According to a notice signed by its Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed on Thursday, EC has called upon them to apply in line with the clauses 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 3.1 of 'Guidelines for International Election Observers and Foreign Media 2025,' by 17th January 2026. EC said the guidelines and related forms are available in www.ecs.gov.bd.
