Dhaka, Dec. 20 -- The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) on Friday declared a temporary ban on all drone operations in and around airport areas, flight routes and take-off and landing zones to ensure aviation safety, on Friday.
The restriction will remain in force from December 18, 2025 to February 15, 2026, covering airport-adjacent areas, aircraft movement routes, training zones, and designated take-off and landing sites, according to an official notice issued by the CAAB.
