Dhaka, Nov. 14 -- The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued a strong warning against a fake and misleading video circulating on social media platforms, allegedly featuring DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md. Sazzat Ali. According to the DMP statement, a defeated faction has created and spread the fabricated reel by adding an artificial voice to a fragmented video of the Commissioner, which was shared from a Facebook page named 71.
The DMP urged citizens not to be misled by such systematically produced and manipulated content designed to spread misinformation.
The police emphasized that these actions are part of a deliberate attempt to confuse the public and undermine confidence in law enforcement.
