Dhaka, May 13 -- Dhaka WASA, RAJUK, and Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) will collaborate on sewage management in the Gulshan and Banani areas, said DNCC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abu Sayeed Md. Kamruzaman.

He revealed this while inspecting the Sewage Management Plant constructed by DNCC adjacent to Karail slum on the banks of Banani Lake today, according to a press release.

The DNCC CEO mentioned that the road along the lake-from the bridge on Banani Road No. 11 to Karail slum-belongs to RAJUK, which has requested DNCC to construct a drainage system in the area. DNCC will proceed with this construction very soon, he added.
