Dhaka, Aug. 2 -- Dhaka's air quality ranks nineteenth among world's most polluted cities.Dhaka, the bustling capital of Bangladesh, recorded a 'moderate' level of air pollution on Friday morning, placing it 19th on the global list of cities with the worst air quality, according to the Air Quality Index (AQI).
At 10:20 AM, the city's AQI stood at 84 within the 'moderate' range of 51 to 100 meaning that while the air is generally acceptable for most people, those who are sensitive to pollution may want to limit extended outdoor exposure.
