Dhaka, March 2 -- The Chief Adviser's Press Wing has strongly denied claims made by an Indian newspaper regarding the alleged revival of an ULFA camp near the Assam border in Bangladesh, with the support of Pakistan's ISI, describing the report as entirely false and without foundation.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the Press Wing criticised The Tribune, a New Delhi-based newspaper, for publishing an article titled "ISI, Bangladesh Operatives Teaming Up to Revive ULFA Camps Near Assam Border".
The statement stressed that the article lacked credible sources and evidence, labelling it as part of a wider pattern of misinformation targeting Bangladesh following the ousting of Sheikh Hasina's government.
