Dhaka, Jan. 30 -- A massive fire broke out at a plastic factory in Fatullah, Narayanganj, due to fireworks. Six units of the fire service worked for nearly an hour to bring the blaze under control.
The fire occurred late Tuesday night at Madina Traders, a plastic factory in the Lalpur area of Fatullah police station in Sadar Upazila.
According to local residents, a large number of fireworks were set off at a birthday celebration inside the China-funded Muktarpur-Panchabati double-decker road project under construction in the Panchabati area of Fatullah.
