Dhaka, Nov. 23 -- She received lucrative offers involving large sums of money, but Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone turned them down for a specific reason.

In a recent interview, she said, "I've received many hefty offers throughout my career, but I've never bowed down to money.

I've never taken on a role that had no purpose in the film just for the sake of money."

She added, "Maybe ten years from now I'll question the decisions I'm making today.

But as of now, I'm doing what feels right to me. And experience is life's greatest wealth.

It's because of my experiences that I've been able to make many decisions easily."
