Dhaka, Oct. 5 -- The floating body of missing fisherman Siddiqur Rahman (30) was recovered by Charduani Naval Police and Fire Service personnel from the Baleshwar River in Patharghata upazila under Barguna district.The body was found in the Tengra area along the riverbank on Thursday afternoon.Earlier, around 12:30 am on Wednesday ,Siddiqur Rahman had gone fishing on the river with a small boat and net from Boro Tengra village.
He was expected to return home around 5 am, as usual, but never came back.According to family members, despite extensive searching, no trace of him could be found.
