Dhaka, June 15 -- A special alert has been imposed at Mongla Port due to the increase in the infection of the coronavirus. Various health testing equipment has been installed at the main gate of the port jetty since Fridaymorning. Wearing masks has also been made mandatory.The port authority said that the body temperature of sailors of foreign commercial ships and workers working at the port is being measured through thermal scanners.
