Dhaka, June 23 -- Al Azim Sarkar Bulu, a resident of Toperbari village in Kushura Union under Dhamrai, Dhaka, and a self-proclaimed expatriate leader of the Awami League, is allegedly involved in various misdeeds even after fleeing the country. Despite being abroad, he is said to be funding and influencing local political activities, drawing widespread criticism from residents.Locals allege that Bulu, who rose to power under the patronage of ruling party leaders, created a reign of terror in Kushura Union. He reportedly harassed and persecuted opposition BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami supporters and filed numerous false cases against them.
