Dhaka, March 12 -- No fire service clearance, no Rajuk approval. The trade license of the city corporation was also taken at the false address.
Three restaurants operating commercial activities in residential buildings have been fined one lakh taka each. The fine was imposed by the mobile court run by Dhaka North City Corporation .
The restaurants are Pinewood and Tajin Nawabi Cuisine Restaurant at plot 48 on road 13-C, Banani area; Turkish Bazaar another bulding at plot No 50 next these two restaurants.
On the surface, it can be seen that there is a three-story residential building on plot 48. The ground floor of the building is residential. Pinewood restaurant is on the second floor.
