Dhaka, July 4 -- The Chinese Embassy in Dhaka today handed over a consignment of anti-dengue supplies to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) as part of its continued support to Bangladesh's fight against dengue.
The handover ceremony was attended by Dr. Liu Yuyin, Charge d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy, Professor Dr. Md. Sayedur Rahman, Special Assistant to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and Prof. Dr. Md. Abu Jafor, Director General of DGHS.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Liu reiterated China's commitment to being a good neighbour, friend, and partner of Bangladesh.
