Dhaka, Sept. 26 -- Feni Municipal Council, at the initiative of 18 puja pavilions, handed over cheques for 20,000 taka to each by Golam Mohammad Baten, Deputy Director of the Local Government Department of the District Commissioner's Office and Municipal Administrator on Wednesday marking the Hindu community's Durga Puja.
At this time, a discussion meeting was held in the municipal conference room.
In the discussion, the Hindu community's puja committee expressed its sincere gratitude to the municipal administrator for supporting the puja committee through money and sincerity as always.
