Dhaka, Nov. 30 -- Ahead of the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary election, Prithimpasha Union Parishad Chairman M. Jimiur Rahman has announced that he will contest the MP post as an independent candidate from the Moulvibazar-2 Kulaura constituency.

On Saturday morning, around 1,020 people gathered at the village home of Chairman Jimiur Rahman in Sultanpur village of Prithimpasha Union to participate in a meeting held in support of his candidacy.

The meeting focused on his acceptance as an MP candidate, people's expectations, and plans for the development of the area.

In a view-sharing session chaired by Aklasur Rahman and moderated by Prithimpasha Union member Syed Abdul Ahad, Jimiur Rahman Chowdhury Mandela addressed the gathering. ...
