Dhaka, Dec. 16 -- A case of fraud has been filed in court against five people, including the co-founder of the organising organisation, for not refunding ticket prices even after Pakistani artiste Atif Aslam's concert was postponed.
Lawyer Ahsan Habib Bhuiyan filed the case in the court of Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Zakir Hossain on Monday.
The court recorded the statement of plaintiff Ahsan Habib Bhuiyan. Chalghuri Limited has been named as a company in the case. And four individuals have been named as accused.
The accused in the case are : Kazi Rafsan, co-founder of the organising company 'Main Stage Inc', Briti Sabrina Khan, Chalghuri Limited's Managing Director Asif Iqbal and Chairman Promee Islam. Plaintiff in ...
