Dhaka, March 4 -- A case has been filed against Rakhal Raha, also known as Sajjadur Rahman, a member of the Textbook Correction and Revision Committee of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB), under the Cyber Security Act for allegedly hurting religious sentiments.
A person named Sajjad Hossain filed a case in the Cyber Tribunal Court of Dhaka before Judge Noor Alam on Monday (March 3).
The court accepted his statement and instructed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to investigate the matter and submit a report. Sajjad Hossain's lawyer, Md. Jewel, confirmed this.
