Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Center for Atmospheric Pollution Studies (CAPS) to strengthen cooperation in air pollution control, environmental protection and academic research.

The MoU was signed on Sunday (December 14, 2025) at the Vice Chancellor's Conference Room of NSTU. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Ismail signed the agreement on behalf of the university, while Professor Dr. Ahmad Kamruzzaman Majumder, Chairman of CAPS, signed on behalf of the research organization.
