Dhaka, Aug. 3 -- The world is in dire straits today due to the impact of climate change. Researchers from the country have emphasized on collective global action and generational responsibility to overcome this crisis.

Speakers at the two-day International Environment and Climate Conference organized by the Asian University for Women (AUW) in Chattogram said that decisive action must be taken now to build a livable future.
