Dhaka, March 28 -- Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has issued 12 directives to the district commissioners (DCs) to ensure hassle-free and corruption-free public services. The Cabinet Division conveyed these instructions to the DCs in an official letter on Friday, March 28.
The letter emphasizes that essential services, including birth registration, national identity cards, passports, and land registration, must be provided without harassment or corruption. It urges DCs to carry out their duties with integrity, free from fear, influence, or unnecessary flattery.
