Dhaka, June 17 -- The Women's ODI World Cup (WC) 2025 is set to kick off on September 30 in Bengaluru, India. However, in line with previous decisions, all of Pakistan's matches will be played at a neutral venue.

The much-anticipated clash between arch-rivals India and Pakistan will take place on October 5, but not in India - it will be hosted in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

According to ESPNcricinfo, the tournament will begin with hosts India taking on Sri Lanka in the opening match at Bengaluru. All of Pakistan's fixtures have been allocated to Colombo's R. Premadasa Stadium, while the full schedule is expected to be officially announced by the ICC soon.
