Dhaka, May 5 -- China has launched a special 'Green Channel' visa facility for Bangladeshi citizens seeking medical treatment there, a major step to boost healthcare collaboration and offer affordable medical solutions.
The Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh on Sunday noted that this initiative comes in the wake of Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus's recent visit to China, during which both countries agreed to strengthen public health cooperation and ease travel processes for medical purposes.
Under this new arrangement, Bangladeshi patients will face simplified documentation requirements.
