Dhaka, Aug. 31 -- Bangladesh 'A' wrapped up their Australia tour in frustration, as the presence of several experienced players failed to reflect in their performances.

In the only four-day fixture, the visitors suffered an innings and 12-run defeat to Sheffield Shield champions South Australia. The result was confirmed on the third day of the match in Darwin, with Bangladesh 'A' bowled out for 254 in their second innings after collapsing to just 114 in the first.

Shahadat Hossain was the only bright spot in the second innings. Having remained unbeaten on 42 overnight, he managed to add just seven more runs before falling for 49.
