Dhaka, July 11 -- The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Thursday announced a 16-member team for the South Africa and Zimbabwe tour.

While the youngsters will play a three-match one-day series in South Africa, they will take part a tri-nation series in Zimbabwe, involving hosts Zimbabwe and also the South Africa.

They will play nine matches in the African tour as part of their preparation for the upcoming ICC Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup 2026. If they can qualify for the final of the tournament, they will get 10 matches.

After training in South Africa for two days, they will play a warm-up game against Cricket South Africa (CSA) invitation XI at Pretoria.
