Dhaka, Dec. 25 -- Baraka Power Limited, one of Bangladesh's power generation companies established with the initiative of expatriate Bangladeshis, held its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Wednesday at Hotel in Sylhet in a hybrid format, combining both physical and virtual participation.

The meeting, conducted by Company Secretary Mohammad Saiful Islam Chowdhury, began with a recitation from the Holy Qur'an. Shareholders and Board members were welcomed before the formal proceedings commenced.
