Dhaka, Aug. 3 -- A Bangladeshi citizen has been arrested at Kolkata's Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport for allegedly attempting to vandalize airport property.
According to Indian media outlet India Today, the incident occurred on Friday when the Bangladeshi man attempted to break a glass wall at the airport's transit terminal, causing a scene of chaos.
The arrested individual has been identified as Mohammad Ashraful, a resident of Narayanganj. He had arrived in Kolkata from Singapore on an IndiGo flight on Friday evening.
