Dhaka, May 21 -- The Bangladesh national cricket team will travel to Pakistan later this month for a three-match T20I series, all of which will be held in Lahore.
Originally, as per the Future Tours Programme (FTP), Bangladesh were scheduled to play three ODIs and three T20Is in Pakistan in May.
However, with the ICC Men's T20 World Cup looming, both boards mutually agreed to scrap the ODIs and expand the T20I series to five matches to focus on tournament preparation. Eventually, due to scheduling conflicts, the series was scaled back to three T20Is.
