Dhaka, June 5 -- Bangladesh Football team eased past Bhutan Football team 2-0 in the FIFA International friendly match at the National Stadium in the capital on Wednesday. It was an almost one-sided affair and Bangladesh won the match as they deserved it.
Hamza Choudhury made his home debut with a happy note as he put his team ahead by a header using right side corner of his teammate Jamal Bhuyan in the 6th minute of the play.
After the lemon-break, Sohel Rana made it 2-0 by a sudden power-packed 25-yarder in the 49th minute of the match.
Earlier, Rakib Hossain's shot bounced back after touching a Bhutanese defender in the third minute and Jamal Bhuyan got the ball at the D-box of Bhutan but his shot passed away the sidebar.
