Dhaka, May 23 -- Bangladesh A batters batted resolutely to keep the side's nose ahead against the visiting New Zealand A on Day 2 of the series-deciding second four-day game at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Thursday.
The home side is aiming to draw the series after losing the first four-day game by 70 runs. Three batters hit half-centuries as Bangladesh A were bowled out for 357 in their first innings. At stumps, New Zealand A reached 104-1, still trailing by 253 runs.
