Dhaka, July 23 -- Players, coaches, and team management from both Bangladesh and Pakistan observed a one-minute silence ahead of the second T20I at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) on Tuesday, in tribute to the victims of Monday's tragic fighter jet crash at Milestone School & College in Dhaka.

Players and officials wore black armbands, and no music will be played during today's match.As part of the Bangladesh Cricket Board's (BCB) observance of National Mourning Day, the national flag was flown at half-mast across all BCB venues.

Special prayers were also offered for the deceased and the injured. The BCB expressed its deepest condolences and stood in solidarity with the grieving families.
