Dhaka, Sept. 23 -- Traders have been suffering a lot of inconveniences for years due to the deplorable condition of the roads of the local unit of BSIC (Bangladesh Small & Cottage Industry), situated near the Daratan Bridge of the district town. No mentionable development of its infrastructure was done during the last two decades. there is no good drainage system in the BSIC industrial town in order to drain out the rain water in the rainy season. As a result, rain water remains here for days together. Consequently, the roads within the industrial town become easily damaged and ultimately the traders have to spend extra money for the transport purposes. Besides this, there is no supply of pure drinking water in the BSIC unit.
