Dhaka, March 25 -- After a two-decade long absence from Bangladesh Television (BTV), celebrated singer Baby Naznin has made her returns to the state-run channel following a change in the political landscape. Once blacklisted for alleged political reasons, the artiste was invited to perform on March 21 for a special Eid musical programme marking her first appearance on BTV in 20 years, said a press release. The singer happily accepted the invitation and set two significant precedents. The first was through her music, and the other by her message of hope.
