Dhaka, March 22 -- Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, Adviser to the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, and Cooperatives, has claimed that Army Chief General Waqar Uz Zaman reluctantly accepted the decision to appoint Dr Yunus as Chief Adviser.
