Dhaka, March 19 -- Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman met with Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus for a courtesy call on Wednesday at the State Guest House Jamuna.

During the meeting, the army provided a comprehensive briefing on the country's overall security landscape and the ongoing operational activities of the Bangladesh Army, according to an Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) press release.
