Dhaka, March 9 -- Despite commitments to reduce border killings to zero, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) continues to take the lives of Bangladeshi nationals, with the latest incident occurred at the Panchagarh border.

A Bangladeshi youth, Al-Amin (36), was shot dead by BSF at the Suidanga border, opposite India's Khalpara, near the Bhitargarh border in Sadar Upazila of Panchagarh district.

Al-Amin, a resident of Jinnatpara village under Haribhasa union, had reportedly been missing for the last three days before being found killed.
