Dhaka, June 23 -- The celebration to mark the 25 years of Bangladesh's Test status is going on in full swing across the country with the BCB president Aminul Islam Bubul further vowing to bolster the pipeline of the country's cricket through various activities.

"We will launch the Premier League in the Greater Rajshahi Region," Aminul said while inaugurating the Under-12 Six-a-Side Cricket competition at Rajshahi Division Stadium on Sunday.

"We will further increase cricket activities here with a large number of training programmes. Under-14, 16 and 18 cricket was held here already. We'll unleash two-day cricket to help budding cricketers embrace the Test mode."

The BCB President said, people are spontaneously welcoming Test cricket. "...
