Dhaka, Oct. 9 -- An allegation has been raised regarding the illegal occupation and construction of a building on five decimals of land under RS Dag No. 31 of Jirabo Mouza in Ashulia Police Station of Dhaka district. The land reportedly belongs to former Union Parishad (UP) member Mohammad Ali by inheritance.
According to the complaint, the construction was carried out by Motiur Rahman and Mosammat Kamrunnahar, who allegedly identified themselves as relatives of former MP Dewan Mohammad Salauddin Babu. It is known that Motiur Rahman is a relative of Dr. Dewan Mohammad Salauddin Babu, former MP of Dhaka-19, while Mosammat Kamrunnahar is his aunt.
