Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, left Dhaka on Wednesday for a six-day official visit to Turkiye.

The visit comes at the invitation of the Commander of the Turkish Air Force, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate.

During his stay, the BAF chief is scheduled to hold discussions with the Turkish Air Force Commander, the Secretary of Turkish Defense Industries, and other high-ranking military and civil officials on issues of mutual concern.

He will also tour Turkish Aerospace Industries along with several other state-run and private defense manufacturing facilities.
