Dhaka, July 11 -- The Council of Advisers, chaired by Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus, approved two ordinances and three proposals during its meeting on Thursday.
The meeting held at the Chief Adviser's Office (CAO) in Tejgaon, Dhaka, according to a press release from the Cabinet Division.
At the meeting, the council gave final approval to the drafts of the National Sports Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, and the Moheshkhali Integrated Development Authority Ordinance, 2025.
Additionally, the council approved a proposal to establish a new Consulate General of Bangladesh in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
