Dhaka, Dec. 16 -- ADN Telecom Limited successfully conducted its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Lakeshore Hotel, Dhaka.

This year's AGM was held in a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to participate both in person and virtually through a dedicated online portal, according to a media release.

The meeting was presided over by Asif Mahmood, Chairman of the Board of Directors.Also present were Directors Md. Moinul Islam, Mr. Md. Mahfuz Ali Sohail, Independent Directors Md. Maruf and Deedarul Huq Khan, Managing Director Henry Hilton and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mohammad Nazim Uddin, FCA.

The proceedings were conducted by Company Secretary Md. Monir Hossain, FCS, while the Managing Director delivered the welcome address.
