Dhaka, March 3 -- The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has seized Tk2.42 crore from former director general (DG) of Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI) SaifulAlamDhaka's cantonment residence.
On Thursday midnight (27 February), a joint force team led by the Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) with assistance from the commission has conducted the drive.
In response to a question from journalists at a press conference in front of the commission's Segunbhagicha headquarters, ACC Director General (prevention) MdAkhtarHossain made the disclosure on Sunday (2 March).
