Dhaka, March 27 -- The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Bangladesh has discovered 14 apartments in New York, USA, under the name of Tamal Monsur, the son of former Health Minister Mohammad Nasim. The market value of these apartments is estimated at around 64 crore Bangladeshi Taka.
Following the ACC's request, the Dhaka Metropolitan Special Judge Court has ordered the seizure of these properties. The order was passed today by Judge Md. Zakir Hossain at the Senior Special Judge's Court in Dhaka.
