Dhaka, Feb. 13 -- The police in Narayanganj have arrested 52 individuals through "Operation Devil Hunt" and routine operations in the last 24 hours. This was confirmed by Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of the District Intelligence Unit, Tarek Al Mehedi, on Wednesday (February 12).

According to ASP Tarek Al Mehedi, 12 individuals associated with the Awami League and its affiliated organizations were arrested during the "Devil Hunt" operation. All of them face charges in various anti-discrimination movement cases. Additionally, 40 others were arrested during regular police operations. The arrested individuals have been sent to court.
