Dhaka, Dec. 26 -- At least five people were killed and more than 30 others injured after a bomb exploded during prayers at a mosque in the northeastern Nigerian city of Maiduguri on Wednesday night, in what police said appeared to be a suicide attack. Police in Borno state said 35 worshippers were wounded in the blast. Nahum Daso, a police spokesperson, said fragments believed to be from a suicide vest were recovered from the scene.
