Dhaka, March 14 -- At least five students of Dhaka University (DU) were injured by an alleged attacks of some outsider leaders and activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League(BCL) on a pre-scheduled discussion meeting about the holy month of Ramadan atthe university campus.

The BCL attacked when the students of Law Faculty were preparing a meeting titled 'productive Ramadan' at the Bangabandhu Tower, a residential house of DU employees near the university's medical center, on Wednesday.

The injured were identified as Rezwan Ahmed Rifat, Shahenur Alam Russel, Saqib Azad Turya, Rafid Hasan Safwan and Fahim Dastgir. Three of them were injured critically. They all are students of Law Department under 2020-21 session. The injured have been admitt...
