Dhaka, Dec. 3 -- On the banks of the Turag River in Tongi, the five-day Ijtema organised under the leadership of the Shura-e-Nizam of Tabligh Jamaat Bangladesh ended with Akheri Munajat.

From early Tuesday morning (December 2), hundreds of thousands of devout Muslims from Dhaka, Gazipur, and neighboring districts gathered at the Ijtema ground to participate in the prayers. The supplication started at 8:51 AM and ended at 9:13 AM, led by Maulana Ahmed Batla from Pakistan.

Habibullah Raihan, the media coordinator of Tabligh Jamaat Bangladesh Shura-e-Nizam, stated that this year's Joor Ijtema hosted 732 foreign guests from 27 countries.
