Dhaka, April 18 -- Around 264 Border Guard Police (BGP) members of Myanmar have taken shelter again in Bangladesh due to conflict between the Myanmar military and the armed rebel group in Myanmar's Rakhine state.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh government has engaged in discussions with the Myanmar side to send back the BGP members.

Against this backdrop, some 46 members of BGP took shelter again in Bangladesh on Wednesday.

"So far as I know, a total of 260 BGP members have taken shelter in Bangladesh.
