Bangladesh, Jan. 27 -- In Sirajganj Sadar Upazila, two children were killed and 2 children were injured after a hand washing basin in a market collapsed and buried under the wall.
The incident took place at Shalua Vita Market of Khokshabari Union on Sunday 26th January afternoon. Abed Hossain (2) son of Menhaj of Shailabari village, Sanjida Khatun (2) daughter of Chamidul Islam of the same village. Residents and eyewitness relatives said that on Sunday afternoon, Public Health Engineering Department had constructed a basin for washing hands at Shaluavita Hut during the corona period.
4 children were playing on the abandoned basin when suddenly the basin collapsed and 4 people were buried.
