Dhaka, June 18 -- A total of 12 COVID-19 cases were reported in Chattogram and Khulna on Tuesday, health department data showed.
As per the data, 10 more COVID-19 cases were reported in Chattogram after testing 180 samples in the last 24 hours till Tuesday morning.
With these newly identified cases, the total number of infections in the port city has risen to 38 over the past 11 days, said Dr. Jahangir Alam, Civil Surgeon of Chattogram.
He noted that COVID-19 tests are being conducted at six laboratories, including the RT-PCR lab at Chattogram Medical College Hospital.
