At least eleven Policemen have been suspended for providing unethical benefits to former National Board of Revenue (NBR) board member Matiur Rahman, who is infamous for the controversial 'goat scandal'.

They are SI Abul Kashem, Constables Moniruzzaman, Kabir Hossain, Imran, Nirjon Khan, Shamim Alam, Roni Hossain, Shariful Islam, Tanvir Rahman, Abu Sayeed Mia and Rabindra Das. They punished on Saturday by order of Superintendent of Police (SP) office, Kishoreganj.
